Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Chatter account and all data associated with it. Once submitted, deletion is irreversible.
Processed within 30 days
All personal data, messages, media, and metadata are erased from primary and backup systems.
No recovery
Deletion is permanent. You cannot restore your account or its history afterwards.
Option 1 — Delete from your account
- Sign in and go to Profile settings.
- Scroll to Delete your account.
- Click Delete Account and confirm with your password.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address tied to your account:
- To: hello@raccog.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include: the email on your Chatter account and confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted.
What we delete
- Account profile, name, email, and authentication credentials.
- Server-side message metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps).
- Media uploads and avatar images stored in object storage.
- Connected device sessions and push notification tokens.
What we may retain
Limited records may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, abuse reports tied to your account or transaction records required by tax law. These records are kept only as long as legally required and segregated from active systems.
